MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE

This special tourney has 1 special rule. 120 meld whole game 
(no 50's or 90's meld's). IT'S NOT EXACT MELD. It's 120+ meld 
the WHOLE GAME. You have to show your meld on the table 
before making any canastas, so 120+ meld can be counted by 
opponent and/or TD. No touching the pile.
