***3 ROSES***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

This game is played as No Touch No Out, no touching the pile and 
no going out. However, if a player gets 3 red 3s, that player may then 
pick up the pile.  Only the player with the 3 red 3s is able to pick up the pile. 
If that player then gets the 4th red 3, it goes back to No Touch No Out.
