MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You may meld anything you want, but cannot make any canastas until you have 
7s and 8s melded to the table.  You must have your opponent verify they see 
your 7s and 8s before making any canastas.  If your 7s and/or 8s hit the table same 
time as making a canasta you DQ.  If you do not have your cards verified by your opponent 
you DQ. No touching the pile.
