MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You may meld anything you want, but cannot make any canastas until you have 
7s, 8s, and 9s melded to the table. Your first canasta must be in 9s. You must have 
your opponent verify they see all cards on the table before making your canasta. If you 
do not have your cards verified by your opponent you DQ. If your cards hit the table the 
same time as your canasta you DQ. If you cannot canasta the 9s, you cannot canasta 
for that hand. After your canasta in 9s you may go out anytime. No touching the pile.
