MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE. 

You can only meld 8 different sets. You may choose any 8 sets of melds from 
4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q,K,A  Black and red 3's DO NOT COUNT AS A SET. 
You may meld what your opponent has melded, if it does NOT exceed your 8 sets 
of melds. If you meld more than 8 sets of numbers, you will DQ.  No touching the pile.
