MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE. 

You can only meld 6, 10, Js, Qs, Ks and As to create a backward L. 
You may meld in any order.  You may use wilds. All other cards are 
discards only. No canastas can be made until the backward L 
is melded. No touching the pile.
