You can meld anything, anytime, but you must meld 5, 7, 10, Q (diamond) 
before making any canastas. You need exactly 3 strikes (canastas) to go out. If you go 
out with more than 3 canastas or less than 3 canastas, you will DQ. No Touching The Pile!
