MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE

In this game only ONE player can pick up the pile each hand. The Big 
Kahuna! If you are the first player to pick up the pile, you are THE 
BIG KAHUNA, and you are the only ONE who can pick up the pile during 
that hand, your opponent may NOT during that hand. You may freeze the 
pile anytime, you need 2 canastas to go out.
