MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

You can meld anything, anytime. Each hand you have to canasta either 
4's than 8's, OR 5's than 10's. You cannot make any canastas in between your 
numbers, they MUST be consecutive. You can make any canastas after your two 
required. DO NOT TOUCH THE PILE!
