MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

You have to have EITHER aces or queens in your first meld. 
Then you have to have BOTH aces and queens melded to the board 
before you may make any canastas. If you make a canasta before you 
have aces and queens melded it is a DQ. A RED canasta in either aces or 
queens is an automatic WIN. If you discard you lose the auto win and 
must complete the game. No touching the pile.
