MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE

You have to have EITHER aces or queens in your first meld. 
You CAN NOT pick up the pile until you have either aces or queens 
melded to the board. Then you have to have BOTH aces and queens melded 
to the board before you may make any canastas. 
If you make a canasta before you have aces and queens melded it is a DQ. 
A RED canasta in either aces or queens is an automatic WIN. 
If you discard you lose the auto win and must complete the game. 
You may pick up pile.
