MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You must have 10 & 4 melded before canasta.  YOU MAY USE WILDS AND MELD 
AT ANY TIME, JUST NO NASTAS TIL THE 10'S AND 4'S ARE MELDED. You may 
also meld your 10's and/or 4's at the same time as making your canasta's, 
they just have to hit the table at the same time. Face cards can only be 
melded as a canasta as they are authority figures :
J=county mounties  
Q=dispatchers 
and K=State troupers
NO picking up the pile.
