MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE

You may meld and canasta anything at any time, 
HOWEVER you MUST have 7s, 8s, 9s and 10s melded to the table 
and at LEAST one canasta in either 7s, 8s, 9s or 10s before you can go out. 
If you go out and don't have all of these cards melded and a canasta 
in either 7s 8s, 9s or 10s it is a DQ. You may NOT pick up the pile.
