MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You can only meld 6, 8, J, Q, K, A. You may use wilds and 
meld in any order. All other cards are discards only. Once you 
have cascaded, you can make canastas and go out.  No touching the pile.
