MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 OR 2 CANASTA'S, RATED, PRIVATE

In this tourney the rules change after each hand. When a hand 
is over play must stop and the TD notified. The TD will then 
choose what rules apply to the next hand. If current rule is 
not followed or if play is not stopped between hands this will 
result in disqualification from the tourney.  
**TD Specifies each round whether the games will be 1 Canasta or 2 Canastas**
