MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE

1st hand is played as SEX ON THE BEACH - meld anything at any time but 
no canastas until you have 6s and 9s melded. 
2nd hand is played as NICKELS AND DIMES - meld anything at any time but 
no canastas until you have 5s and 10s melded. 
You keep alternating between the two games each hand till the game is over. 
Two canastas to go out.  YOU MAY PICK UP THE PILE.
