MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You must have 4's and 5's melded together before melding anything else, you have 
to wait until your next turn to meld anything else (You may use wilds in your melds). 
Before making any other canasta's you have to canasta either 4's OR 5's first, then 
you can make other canastas. You cannot make a canasta in both 4's and 5's, but you 
may make a canasta in 4's OR 5's in your initial meld, just make sure you are melding 
both 4's AND 5's in your initial meld. After you make a canasta of 4's OR 5's you may 
canasta other cards and go out. No touching the pile!
