MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE

First hand is played as NTC W/5's - 5's must be in initial meld each hand 
Then the Second hand is played as Card Up - the top card up on the discard pile 
will determine how many canasta's both players need to go out. 
If the top card up is red, you both need 1 canasta to go out. 
If the top card up is black, you both need 3 canasta's to go out. 
You CAN pick up the pile for Card Up. 
You keep alternating between the two games each hand till game is over.
