***DETERMINATION***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

The top card determines what game will be played each hand. 
If the top card is any card 3 thru 9 - game is No Touch Reg 
– No touching the pile you may go out anytime. 
If the top card is any card 10 thru A - game is No Out 
– You must keep at least 1 card in your hand, you can pick up the pile. 
If there is a Joker, 2, or RED 3 in the pile at the beginning of the game, 
the game is Oh Crap! 
– No Touching the pile, no going out, if you get all 4 red 3s you lose.
