MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

You MUST have at least 12 cards in your 1st meld each hand including at least 2 
wilds. You can meld more than 12, but no less than 12.  There are to be no 
canastas on the first meld.  You must wait until your next turn to make any 
canastas. All your canastas must be dirty (no red canastas). DO NOT TOUCH THE PILE!
