MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, UNRATED, PRIVATE

This game is played as Regular Canasta with a twist. If you discard a black 3, you can 
choose to switch seats with your opponent or to stay where you are.  If you do 
not choose, you stay in your seat.  You may pick up the pile. 2 canastas to go out.
