MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

The Donuts are 6, 8, 9, 10s & Qs. Your initial meld must be made out of the 
donuts only, but you may use wilds with those cards.  You can only meld additional 
cards on your next turn.  You may canasta on your first meld as long as you canasta 
one of the donut cards only. You do not need to have all the donuts melded 
before making canastas. You must have at least one donut canasta before going out. 
DO NOT TOUCH THE PILE!
