MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

The first card that comes up each hand, is what you will need in 
your initial meld. However the twist is after the first hand the melds 
keep on piling up. So for example, the first card is a 4, then you 
will need 4's in your initial meld. The next hand, if a King is the 
first card then you will need Kings and 4s in your initial meld for that hand, 
on the 3rd hand, if a 6 is the first card then you will need Kings, 4s, and 6s 
in your initial meld for that hand. On the fourth hand, you need 
the first card up plus two from the previous hands in your initial meld. 
The rest of the hands follow the same as the fourth with using 
the first card up and two from the previous hands. No touching the pile!
