***DUCK SOUP NTC***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

1st hand: Must Pluck The Duck - you can only meld 4s, 8s, 9s, 10s, Ks, and Aces. 
All other cards are discards only. You CANNOT go out until you have the duck plucked (melded)!  
2nd hand: Boil water 120 Meld NTC - 120 meld whole game. IT'S NOT EXACT MELD. It's 120+ meld 
the WHOLE GAME. You have to show your meld on the table before making any canastas.
3rd hand: Add veggies and bird. - Aces must be in your initial meld
4th hand: Be sure to serve in even portions - You may only meld or canasta EVEN numbers 
(4, 6, 8, 10, Q, and Aces). DO NOT TOUCH THE PILE!
