***EARLY BIRD***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE

In this game if you are the 1st person to meld you are the only 
one who is allowed to pick up the pile!!!! The other player can't at all. 
As soon as you have melded be sure to type Early Bird at the table so the 
td knows who melded first that hand. This is per hand not per game. 
Whoever melds first each hand can pick up pile. 
You are both allowed to freeze the pile and go out.
