MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

In this tournament before any cards are drawn each hand, 
you must type the meld card for your opponent.  
Each hand you must remember to call the meld card 
for your opponent before you draw any cards.  
If you draw a card and then call a meld card for your opponent, 
you will be DQ'd.  You may pick up the pile.
