You must have As in your initial meld. You may use wilds and other cards. You can never 
meld or canasta Js, Qs or Ks (they are discards only). You cannot make any canastas until 
you have melded 6s & 9s. You may also meld your Aces, 6s and/or 9s at the same time as 
making your canastas, they just have to hit the table at the same time. No touching the pile.
