***FULL MOON NTC***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You need to meld 4, 7, 9, and Queens to make your moon.  Any order. Then to 
make your moon FULL you must meld 8s. Your first canasta must be in 8s. 
You cannot meld other cards, however you can canasta them. After your canasta 
in 8s, you can canasta anything else and go out.
