MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE

You need to throw a black 3 and request a card if opponent has 
it they have to throw card and than and only than can you pick up pile, 
if they do not have number request they say go fish. 
Pile can only be picked up if black 3 is thrown and card asked for is thrown. 
You can meld at any time but can not meld a card that was asked for that hand.  
Kibitz will remain open for TD to see hand.
