MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

In this tourney, your canastas must go in order, from low to high. For example, 
if you canasta 6s then your next canasta must be higher, not lower. Your canastas 
do NOT have to be consecutive, but they must be higher than the one previously made.  
You only go by YOUR canastas, not your opponents. No touching the pile.
