You can only meld 4,6,7,8,9,10,A to create 1. You may use wilds. You 
cannot make any canastas until the whole 1 is created. Please type 
in chat "I Won" before making canastas.  If you do not type "I Won" before 
making your canastas you will be DQ'd. No touching the pile.
