MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE

You must meld 4s, 7s and Js in your initial meld, they must be 
melded all at once and in the same turn On the next turn you must 
meld 8s then 9s and then 10s they can be melded in the same turn 
but ONE AT A TIME in that order to build your ICE CREAM CONE If 
you meld out of order this will be considered a DQ You may use wilds and 
once your ICE CREAM CONE is built and make your canastas.  
All other cards including 3s, 5s, 6s, Qs, Ks and As are discards 
only and can never be melded  You CANNOT pick up the pile at anytime. 
You CANNOT freeze the pile at anytime with a wild  You CAN go out anytime.
