MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

The first player to make a canasta in queens may go out (does not have to 
be the first canasta made). Opponent must then canasta in kings to be able 
to go out (does not have to be the first canasta made). You may meld 
anything and may make other canasta's but may not go out until the 
queen's are canasta'd by one player. If you are the first player to canasta 
the Queens you can not make a canasta in Kings also. No touching the pile!
