MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

1st hand: Initial meld and 1st canasta has to be either 4-5-6. 
2nd hand: Initial meld and 1st canasta has to be 7-8-9-10. 
3rd hand: Initial meld and 1st canasta has to be J-Q-K-A. 
If more hands are needed start back with the first hand. 
You may used wilds with initial meld cards. You do not have to 
meld all the column cards in your initial meld.  You must wait until 
your next turn to meld any additional cards that are not in the column. 
2 canastas to go out. NO TOUCHING THE PILE!
