MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

You can meld anytime & use wilds but you can only meld the 4 red Ks. You cannot 
meld the 4 black Ks to table. You may make a canasta of Ks into a red canasta, 
but the black Ks must go directly to the canasta. No touching the pile!
