MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE

This tourney is played like regular nasta except your 4's and 9's 
are used just like black 3's. You may only meld 4's and 9's STRAIGHT 
from your hand into a RED canasta. They may never be melded onto the table. 
You may pick up the pile, if there isn't a 4 or 9 on top.
