***MASTER OF THE GAME***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

In this game only one person is allowed to take the pile in each hand. If you 
are the first person to take the pile, you are the Master of the Game. Your 
opponent may not take the pile for the rest of that hand.  As the Master of the Game 
you can only make Red Canastas, no black canastas. The player who is NOT the Master 
of the Game can make red or black canastas. You can meld and go out anytime. You may pick up the pile.
