MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

In this tourney you must have the same number of canastas as the round the tournament 
is in in order to go out. If you are playing round 1, then you just need 1 canasta, if you are 
playing round 4 then you will need 4 canastas. You can have as many canastas as you want 
of any color, just make sure you have at least as many canastas as the round you are playing. 
It is the players job to keep up with how many canastas they need not the TD's, 
but you can ask the hosting TD if you are unsure. No touching the pile!
