MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

Queens and whatever top card on deck must be in first meld. You may use wilds and 
other cards in first meld, just make sure you have queens and top card. (ex. top card 
is a 6, then queens and 6s must be in first meld). If top card is a black 3 then its 
just queens to meld. No touching the pile.
