***MYSTERIOUS QUEENS***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

Queens and whatever top card on deck must be in first meld. 
You may use wilds and other cards in first meld, just make sure you have 
queens and top card or you wil DQ. (ex. top card is a 6, 
then queens and 6s must be in first meld). 
If top card is a black 3 or a red 3 or a wild is in the discard deck, 
then its just queens to meld. You may go out anytime. You CAN take the pile.
