MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

Before you click start, you must nominate your 2 canastas for the entire game. 
You can have other canastas, but must have the nominated ones to go out with. 
EXAMPLE: YOU NOMINATE 7S AND QS, YOU MUST CANASTA 7S AND QS BEFORE YOU CAN GO OUT.  You 
can choose the same card(s) as your opponent. No touching the pile!
