This special tourney has 1 special rule. Each hand you begin 
you may not use a wild card (joker or 2) in your meld. After melding 
your 50/90/120 naturally you must wait until your next turn to 
use your wilds and may use as many wilds as you want, you 
just cannot use your wilds to meld!
