MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE

You may meld anything, anytime but you must have 4 in a 
corner (stamp) melded before making any nastas. Stamps are 
either 5, 6, 9, 10 or 7, 8, J Q or 9, 10, K A. Once you 
meld your postage stamp you can make nastas. No nastas 
until postage stamp is melded. You may use wild cards. 
No touching the pile.
