MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE

You must have 4's OR 8's in your initial meld of each hand, 
but you do not have to meld 4's or 8's only. 
You may use wilds as well. You can pick up the pile as long as 4's or 8's 
are included in your intial meld. If you pick up the pile, 
make your meld and then meld 4's or 8's, you will be DQ'd. 
You must have 4's AND 8's melded in order to go out.
