MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

In this game you need to meld 4 6 8 10 Q A to make your prison stripes. You do not 
need to meld these in any particular order. All other cards are discards only, 
you may not make canasta till you have melded your stripes. NO TOUCHING THE PILE!
