***ROTATING JACKS NT/NTC***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 or 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

Each ROUND rotates between Jack Me NT and NTC w/ Jacks. 
1st round is Jack Me NT - Jacks must be melded before canastas and a 
canasta in Jacks before going out.  If you get a red canasta in Jacks you 
auto win. If you get a red canasta in 10's you get an auto win. 
2nd round is NTC w/ Jacks - Jacks must be in initial meld. 
Rounds keep alternating until game is over.  No touching the pile!
