MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE. 

Your initial meld must include 10, J, or A.  You do not need all 
three, just one. You may use wilds and other cards. You can 
canasta anytime after melding but you need all 3 (10, J, A) melded 
in order to go out. No touching the pile.
