MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You may meld anything you want, but cannot make any canastas until you have 
1 SET (ONLY ONE) of 3 black royalty cards or 2 Black royalty cards (J, Q or K) 
melded with a 2 or a Joker, which are considered color neutral. All red royalty 
and all other black royalty (other than you used as above) are discard only. 
You may not canasta any of your royalty melds.  No touching the pile.
