MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

You may meld anything in your initial meld but you cannot make any canastas 
until you have melded all four corners (4, 6, J, Aces).  Once all your corners 
are melded you can make canastas of any kind.  If you get a RED CANASTA in 8s, 
that is an auto win (if all your corners are down). If you discard you lose 
the auto win and must complete the game. If you make canastas without all 
your corners being melded, that is a DQ. No touching the pile pile!
