***SURPRISE ME NT***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

You may meld anything at anytime, but the first card the comes up every 
hand is the card that you need to have melded to the table in order to 
canasta.  For example if the first card up is 7s, you must meld 7s before making a canasta.
Once you have melded the required card you may canasta anything you want, 
but you MUST have a canasta in the meld card in order to go out. The meld card DOES 
NOT have to be in initial meld or your first canasta, but MUST be in your meld 
before canasta and one of your canastas in order to go out.  **If the pile has a red 
3, or wild or a black 3 is showing...then the game is played as regular NT.**  
If you fail to do either/or you DQ.  If you get a red in the meld card then you 
auto win. If you discard you lose the auto win and must complete the game.
IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO CANASTA THE MELD CARD STRAIGHT FROM YOUR HAND WITHOUT 
MELDING THEM TO THE TABLE. You need 2 canastas to go out and DONT TOUCH THE PILE.
